DJ Poppa is a New Orleans Bounce DJ and producer, a regular at clubs around the city and an in-demand wedding and event entertainer. His original remixes, including "If I Had One Wish (DJ Poppa & Blaza Bounce Mix)" and "Down Low (New Orleans Bounce Mix)," have become fan favorites within the local bounce scene.
Poppa has continued releasing new material in recent years, appearing on multiple tracks from the 2024 EP Viva La A.M.P., Pt. 1 alongside AMP Ell and Ron Raxx, including "Overtime," "Mardi Gras," "Picture Me Rollin," and "Stunna Of Da Year." He holds a recurring residency, Taco Tuesday, at the Front Row Art Lounge on St. Claude Avenue, and continues to perform at clubs and private events across New Orleans.
