Why We Love DJ ODD Spinz

Most DJs stay behind the decks. DJ ODD Spinz doesn't — she's just as likely to step up to the mic as Odd the Artist, the dynamic vocalist half of her dual identity. That range has carried her across the region, spinning and singing at conferences, clubs like the House of Blues, private parties, and festivals including French Quarter Fest. Her 2024 single "Let Go, Let Odd" showcases the singing side of her work, weaving together the diverse musical traditions that run through the heart of New Orleans — proof that being a great DJ and a great vocalist aren't mutually exclusive; sometimes they're the same artist.
