Patrick Walker Jr. was born and raised in New Orleans and fell for music at age 4, banging pots and pans in the kitchen before growing up playing drums in church. A St. Augustine High School alumnus ('15) and former Marching 100 Drum Major, he holds a Master's in Computer Science from Southern University of New Orleans. His first pair of turntables arrived on Christmas 2008, and he hasn't looked back.
Over the last decade-plus he has built his own formula for keeping people moving — oldies and goodies through the 99s, 2000s, 10s, and 20s — with a drummer's ear for the beat as the main ingredient. He has rocked college campuses across Louisiana, thrown Mardi Gras block parties, and been featured in interviews including the DJ Live Line podcast and the 2025 JNGL DJ Battle during Super Bowl weekend, plus Xavier University's My Nola, My Story project.
Booking goes through his official site, and he has talked about plans to start a DJ school to help new local talent rise.
