DJ Ojay is the New Orleans DJ behind AfrobeatNOLA, the configuration that has made Afrobeats a regular feature of Frenchmen Street nightlife. WWOZ calls him an up-and-coming beat master, and his dance parties keep rooms packed — he is often on the bill with DJ Raj Smoove, and event bookers know him as a crowd favorite at nightclubs and weddings across the city.
For a DJ who can get a mixed room moving from the first record, Ojay's Afrobeats sets are booking-ready and his Frenchmen Street nights make him easy to catch. Bring a crowd, leave happy.
